Please read the following before booking your appointment
Please fill in a Booking form - Sharni will respond within 24 hours via email letting you know her availability. Once an appointment date & time is agreed upon, you will receive a payment request to pay your 50% deposit to lock in your appointment. If this is not paid your booking is not booked. Once your payment is made, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the studio address. Within 24-48 hours of your booking you will receive a booking reminder this will include Payment directions for the remaining 50% along with some studio guidelines. If you're more than 10 minutes late your booking, it is automatically cancelled & your deposit forfeited. Please do not bring anyone to your appointment unless you're under 16y/o or have discussed with Sharni prior to your booking.
All bookings require a 50% non refundable deposit upfront. This deposit includes admin/booking fees & secures your booking hence being non-refundable.
A booking is not booked until a deposit is paid, pay your deposit as soon as possible to secure the booking.. The remaining 50% can be paid on the day of your appointment with correct cash or bank transfer.. All bookings must give 48 hours notice for cancellation, If 48 hours notice is not given you will lose your deposit as a cancellation fee - If more than 48Hours is given for cancellation this deposit can be transferred to a new date/application. If your booking is impacted by COVID-19/Lockdown Restrictions your deposit remains non refundable but is transferable to a new date/application. If you need to reschedule your booking please fill in a reschedule form: www.sharnirosebeauty.com/reschedule If you need to cancel your booking please email Sharni at: sharnirosebeauty@gmail.com Please note: If Sharni is unavailable for your new date your deposit will remain a credit for future use, Please try give as much notice for rescheduling as possible! Group Travel bookings: Once the booking has been made & the deposit is paid, any cancellation or changes to the size of the party will incur additional charges. If the booking is downsized after it has been confirmed, you will still be required to pay the original price quoted to cover the loss of other bookings rejected for the same date. If there is a change to the quoted location, there may be additional travel costs. ALL deposits & payments are strictly non-refundable.
Please do not come to your appointment when you are sick or carrying any contagious illness's. If Sharni has reason to believe you're Ill or could have any contagious illness', You will be asked to leave & your deposit will be forfeited.
Makeup Applications or Hair styling will be refused if the client arrives to their appointment with any of the following: Cold sores, Head
Lice, Eye Infections and General Facial Infections. Please note that makeup applications or hair styling will not be performed whilst these conditions are present due to the high risk of infection being passed on to other clients. Please notify Sharni prior to your booking of any allergies or skin conditions that may affect your application. It is 100% the clients responsibility to notify Sharni of any of these
conditions, sensitivities or allergies, Sharni will not fall responsible for any reactions that in the unlikely event may occur.
COVID-19 Safety measures:
- Cancel your appointment if you have tested positive for covid-19 in the last 7 days or been a close contact to someone who has tested positive in the last 7 days.
- Cancel your appointment if you have any of the Covid-19 symptoms.
- Please do not bring anyone to your appointment unless this has been discussed with me prior to your booking.
- I will be wearing a face covering for the duration of the appointment, you do not need to wear a face covering.
Please come with a cleansed face & apply your normal skincare the morning of your appointment.
In the lead up to your appointment make sure you're drinking lots of water & taking care of your skin with regular cleansing & moisturising, This will help with the longevity of the makeup & with the overall appearance of your skin under the makeup.
- If you're having a tan done, please only apply a light layer to the face to avoid drying out the skin & potentially creating patchy-ness. - I advise do not get your brows or face waxed more than 5 days before your appointment, this can cause the makeup to not stick to certain parts of your face, I also recommend not having a lash lift prior to your appointment as if your lashes are too lifted falsies will not be applied. - If you have lash extensions, please make sure they're thoroughly cleaned before your appointment. HAIR PREP:
If you are having your hair styled, please come to your appointment with clean dry hair - I recommend washing the day/night before your booking. If you arrive to your booking with wet hair this will incur additional fees as Sharni will need to dry your hair to style it, If you arrive to your booking with wet hair & Sharni does not have time to dry it, Your hair will not be styled but the cost will remain as a service cancellation fee. Sharni will not style your hair if your hair is extremely dirty, oily or tangled. EXTRA NOTE:
I recommend wearing something you can easily pull over your head like a button up
or a loose fitting top to ensure you do not damage the hair styling or makeup.
All bridal bookings require a bridal trial unless stated otherwise by Sharni herself. The only way to hold your wedding date is to book your Bridal trial, your date will be held until 48 hours after this trial, Sharni will then require a 50% deposit to lock in your Bridal booking. This deposit includes admin/booking fees & secures your booking hence being non-refundable. Once the booking has been made & the deposit is paid, any cancellation or changes to the size of the bridal party will incur additional charges. If the booking is downsized after it has been confirmed, you will still be required to pay the original price quoted to cover the loss of other bridal parties rejected for the same date. If there is a change to the quoted location, there may be additional travel costs.
If your wedding booking is impacted by COVID-19/Lockdown Restrictions your deposit is transferable to a new date/application. Bridal Trial Prep: Please come with a cleansed face & apply your normal skincare the morning of your appointment.. - I advise do not get your brows or face waxed more than 5 days before your appointment, this can cause the makeup to not stick to certain parts of your face - I also recommend not having a lash lift prior to your appointment as if your lashes are too lifted falsies will not be applied.. - If you have lash extensions please make sure they’re thoroughly cleaned before your appointment - If you are planning on having a spray tan for your wedding I would advise getting one done prior to your bridal trial, This will give you the best representation of how the makeup will look on your big day - If you are wearing white on your wedding day, I would recommend wearing a white top to your trial this will also help give you the best representation of how the makeup will look on your big day

If you're more than 10 minutes late your lesson, it is automatically cancelled & your deposit forfeited. Please do not bring anyone to your lesson unless you're under 16y/o or have discussed with Sharni prior to your booking.
